The SOMO Apartments
The SOMO apartments complex is a development of 450 residential properties currently under construction in Baghdad and scheduled for completion in 2022. The project was created in partnership with the state ministry of oil ("SOMO") in Iraq.
Ministry of Oil Offices
During 2018 we completed an office block for a division of the oil ministry in Baghdad, Iraq and it was commissioned in early 2019.
Industrial
We have also developed industrial sites on a bespoke basis such as this facility for energy management solutions on behalf of a state owned enterprise.
